Round two with this client's 2nd condo that I designed —and this time, we went full-on cool. This condo blends industrial grit, rustic warmth, and modern edge into one seriously masculine space that feels intentional from top to bottom.
We painted the entire unit to create a cohesive, moody backdrop—yes, including the window casings, stair railings, and treads in bold black for extra contrast and attitude. Exposed brick walls and wood ceiling beams bring in that raw, warehouse vibe, while sleek furniture, clean-lined dining pieces, and a pop of wallpaper keep things sharp and modern.
New lighting throughout adds drama and warmth, from statement pendants to sculptural fixtures that glow just right at night. The result is a space that feels confident, layered, and effortlessly cool—perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or just soaking in the city views.
